INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS

Magnum Series:

1. When used to reduce, control or eliminate the formation of paraffin, and the formation of paraffin commences above 3,000', locate Unit # 1 approximately 100' to 200' below the known paraffin formation line. 

2. When paraffin forms at 6,000' or above, locate Unit #1 at 3,000', and Unit #2 approximately 100' to 200' below the   known paraffin formation line. Note: Maximum treatment distance between tools is 3,000', and additional tools should be located accordingly for maximum effectiveness, as effectiveness will be reduced when distances are greater than 3,000' between devices. 

3. When mineral scale or corrosion is present in addition to paraffin, a MAGNIFLO device must be placed below the lowest point of formation, with the initial device at the seating nipple or pump. 

4. In cases where problems with scale, corrosion or paraffin are found below the pump, it will be necessary to place a device immediately below the pump or tailpipe. 

5. It should be remembered that turbulence created by the pump will possibly reduce the overall effectiveness of the device.
